I have a question regarding step 6. You mentioned that it will end OCt 15. But you never mention which time? I submitted my entry Oct 16,2008 11:34 AM (Philippine Time) so that is Oct 15 10:34PM EST right? YOu can see the time stamp on my email. Because I’m not sure if I qualify for the step 6.
