Missed Opportunity

November 14th, 2008 Posted in Archives | 1 Comment »

My aunt invited me last summer to spend my vacation in the US. She said that she will pay for my airfare and lodging. I was so ecstatic with the news. Having a vacation for free is an opportunity. But unfortunately, I didn’t get my US tourist visa. The consul said I have not yet established a strong career.

Too bad, I’ve missed the opportunity to visit my grandfather who is currently in homecare in Fort Lauderdale FL. The last time I’ve seen him was when he went home to visit us in the Philippines two years ago. So I guess we’ll go back in writing letters then. My grandfather is not pro technology so we are still in old school communication of snail mail. I’m glad that even though we can’t be with him at the moment, he is currently happy together with his friends in the home care. How the professional workers there provided him tremendous care and attention.

Everyone knows that United States is under a financial crisis today. You could really see the sad look in the stock brokers faces how hard the economy has been down. I know a lot of business owners and even the employees are in financial trouble nowadays. Business owners all over the state needs loans in order to save their business. A lot of people has been affected with the economic fall down that they need a mortgage lender.

I would suggest for you to go to Amerisave mortgage company. This mortgage company is the largest in the United States. They provide customer satisfaction and responds fast to the clients needs. I am fond of reading self - help, money and success books. One book that I’ve read was concerned on taking control over your finances over debt. Choose wisely the mortgage company if you are getting a loan. This is what I like most about Amerisave, it provides low rates, giving you a chance to clear out your debts in no time.

Irresistible Smile

I was not born with pearly, white, aligned and strong teeth. To make things worst, I love chocolate so much when I was young and it has damaged my teeth further. My mom and dad would always bring me chocolates right after they came from work. And now I’m facing the consequences.’

I was always envious of people flashing their smile with their straight teeth. Having a wonderful teeth and smile can make a huge difference in a person. I was supposed to wear braces when I was in high school, but I was a reluctant that people might tease me. I was also afraid that food might get stuck on my braces and it really is embarrassing especially when I am out with my friends. Anyway,I’ve stumbled a site called San Diego invisalign. This invisalign would align your teeth without wearing metal braces after all. Fascinating isn’t it?

It’s not too late for me to get those straight teeth even though I am in my early 20s. People would not notice that I am wearing invisalign that I will just surprise them one day with my smile.
