If you want to know how to blog, the first thing to consider is your blog topic. If you want to earn money online and make serious money about it but you had no idea on how to blog or how to start, start with choose your blog topic. What are your passions? What blog topic do you see yourself writing for a long time? How to blog your favorite topic? It would not be nice if your blog would be active for just a few months then die afterwards.
Answer the following questions to help you choose what you want to write in your blog.
- What topics do you love best?
- What are your hobbies?
- What topics do you know most about?
- What do readers would want to read?
It would really really easy if you love what you write. Take note of the word love. You must write topics of your passion. Think something that you would see yourself writing and sharing with the world forever
If you want to make money online through Google Adsense, your topic cannot be about violence (guns, ammo), drugs, porn and illegal stuffs. You will be violation Google Adsense TOS.
When I was just new in blogging, I though blogging is just your online diary, sharing your everyday experience. I tried my best to write everyday with my daily experiences and thoughts but never actually had an audience. Then I came to realize, who would give some care to my blog for I’m just a nobody. I’m not a celebrity nor an heiress so why would people be interested in my life and my rants. Why would their reasons be to read my blog? What would they get from reading it? People surf the internet because they want information, they want to find out something. So readers, choose a blog topic not just of your interest but also something that people would love to read.
