Blogging and making money online is never easy. It may take months before you could finally catch up with a reasonable amount of money out of it. Mine took four months. For the first few months that I didn’t make any money, I want to give up. But I didn’t. And here I am, enjoying some bucks from it.
What I did was to study my visitors and what they like the most. Thank God that I’ve signed up with Google Analytics before hand. I checked where the most of my traffic came from. I found out that it was from the search engine Google. So my little SEO knowledge is kicking ass! Then I check what category is read the most. Lastly, I check what topic has the most page views. All that was left to do was to concentrate writing more on those topics. Then my blog finally got a kicked in. Of course, most blog traffic still comes from Google which is very very great! My visitors that comes to my blog really needs the information written on my blog.
Bear in mind that success would not just come overnight. It requires a lot of time, patience and diligence to keep you writing in your blog. Don’t get disappointed if your blog does not come up with your expectations. I’ve been there, I know how hard it is. Even though you are experiencing some success in your blog, it is very hard to maintain it. Chances are, there will be other new bloggers that could steal your thunder. The blogging world is a wild, outlive, outplay, outlast! Just like Survivor!
The most important when you want to start a blog is choosing your blog topic. Something that you would want to write forever.

The first few months of blogging are horrifically hard, and there are a lot of things that can tear you down, however, persistence and finding a method that works for you is key.
I think there are other elements than choosing your topic. At first, you should start with a category, and laser it in as you find what you’re looking for.

Hi everyone! Great site here… well my blog is still in its newbie stage (four months old), and it’s making a trickle of income, but that trickle has not grown much yet. It’s sort of steady. It’s always good to hear from other bloggers about what those first few months were like.
