To verify paypal with Unionbank EON is easy. It just took me three weeks for the whole process. Two weeks for my Unionbank EON card and another week to verify paypal.
The unionbank eon application online is currently down so I personally went to the bank myself. You don’t have to pay the initial payment which is P350, to get a Unionbank EON account. You can pay it once you get your card. Two valid IDs would do. I signed up and waited 2 weeks before I could pick up my EON Card. Your account should have at least $1.95 dollars in it before you could verify paypal with Unionbank EON. Upon receiving your card, you may not use it until the next day. So you have to ask the teller if you could deposit in advance in your Unionbank EON account. Then, enroll your eon account online. You need this to verify your paypal with Unionbank EON and get the four digit code.
Click the verify link in paypal. Enter the last three digit of your card. Wait for three-four days for the transaction to appear in your eon account. Enter the four digit that you’ve found in your unionbank eon card transaction in paypal. So that’s it. That is all you need to verify paypal with Unionbank EON

hope I can also get my eon so that I can get my money on paypal.. sadly.. there’s no Unionbank near our place..

as of now, I don’t have an EON account and I still don’t know any nearby Unionbank office…
