Before you get your Adsense Payments, you need to at least reach $100. Currently, there are two options Google Adsense payment options, Western Union and Check Payments.
In my experience, Western Union is in fact the safest, best and fastest way in order to get your earnings. Western Union is always around the corner so it is accessible. Just fill up the form in the Western Union, wait for your turn and you get your google adsense payment. Depending on the Western Union branch, you could have the preference to either get US currency or your local currency. I usually get my payment in local currency and the value is the day’s dollar to our local currency rate. So better pick a day when the exchange is high 
But don’t wait more than 30 days or else you won’t get your payment, it’s Western Union policy.
The check payments on the other hand are not that secure. I’ve read before that someone had lost their cheque in the mail and managed to uncashed it as well. There is however a secure cheque payment but charges you with a $24 fee which is a big money.
If your account reaches $10, you’ll get a Google Adsense Pin mailed to your address. To verify your contact information and make sure that you receive your payments.
