Mea Culpa. I am guilty for not posting for weeks in this blog. But I got a valid reason. I spent the time studying for a Cisco Certification exam and I’ve passed. I’m so happy. Also, I was assigned to teach Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) in my work which I find very much fulfilling. It was hard to control myself not to post because I love this blog so much and I got lots of ideas to share.
Without further ado, these are the blog posts that caught my interest.
Another Page Rank Update - Indeed, I got a page rank 1 today. Blogging From Scratch is just three months old so I am happy with this. My other site however experienced a PR drop from 2 to 0. Although the site has a huge traffic, I did not spent some time in ‘link building’ which I am ought to do from this day forward.
Gold Medalists - I am lucky to be one of Carlocab’s blog contest winner. I won $25 and a blog hosting for year. I already got $25 through the contest sponsor but no updates yet for the blog hosting
Comment spammers think they are clever - I too had some trouble with comment spammers when I was just starting out. It was hard for me to distinguish spam comments because they use comments like “I found your blog from xxxx and I found your post interesting”, “I really like your blog” and etc. Their comments seems so real but when you checked out their site, you’ll realize those were just spams. Thank God for Akismet plugin

I used to have PR3 in one of my blogs and then PR2 for the other 2. Today, I am PR0 from PR3 and I managed to retain PR2 at PR2 but one was really reduced to N/A. Heck!
At the moment, I always maintain that I don’t care much for PR’s and rankings, but deep inside, I still do:-)Har!
